35% are too concerned about their current money situation to plan for the future.

46% procrastinated in dealing with their expenses claiming that they did not have enough money to bother with them.

Money matters can be so overwhelming that people would rather do all kinds of undesirable tasks.

51% claimed that they’d rather wash dishes.

39% said they’d prefer go to the gym.

36% said would rather go to the doctor or mow the lawn.

33% would sooner change a diaper.

31% would rather give up dessert.

26% would rather go to the dentist. 

This means that for over a quarter of the population that dealing with financial matters is like pulling teeth–but worse.
